Candy Hearts – The Best Ways To Disappear

CD 2012 Bridge Nine Records/Violent Happy Records

Candy Hearts ‘The Best Ways To Disappear’ EP is the first release on Violent Happy Records, a record label founded by Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory and co-released by Bridge Nine Records. This EP is the follower to Candy Hearts 2011 full-length.

Candy Hearts brings female fronted, catchy 90s pop punk. The songs in general create a happy feeling and the high dose of teenage sweetness will probably be too much for most of you, but if this appeals to you then you can’t go wrong with ‘The Best Ways To Disappear’.

A nice collection of six feel-good songs for your teenage hearts. 7,5/10

Track list:

1. Bad Idea
2. Matchbox Cars
3. Miles and Interstates
4. Replacement Parts
5. Sick of It
6. Ticklish
