‘Shit Hits The Fan’ are a punk rock outfit formed in early 2012 in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. Recently they released their new EP ‘Unstuck In Time’ on Morning Wood Records. The EP is the follow-up to their 2013 album ‘The First And Worst Record’ and the first release with Willem van der Ende on vocals, who joined the band in early 2014.

‘Unstuck In Time’ contain four straightforward, fast, melodic punk rock songs inspired by the sound of the 90s. The songs surely will appeal to the fans who like 90s skate punk with a high dose of Pennywise (specially when you listen to ‘All In’ and Expectations’) and socio critical themes. Certainly a nice EP that brings back memories to my teen years during the nineties. 7.5/10

1. All In
2. Expectations
3. Forget About Tomorrow
4. (Don’t Want To) Save The World
